How do I align my phone with the Dual Charging Stone?
The two wireless charging spots are embedded on either side of the marble or stone surface. It's important that your phone is aligned correctly with the spot in order for wireless charging to work as designed. Take a look at the video below.
How do I clean surface marks or dirt?
The Dual Charging Stone can be gently cleaned with a cotton pad or microfiber cloth and a small amount of mild, non-acidic soap or detergent. Remember that the Classic Stone is not waterproof and should never be submerged in water.
Why isn't my iPhone charging beyond 80%?
With the release of iOS 13, Apple introduced Optimised Battery Charging, a feature that uses machine learning to help preserve iPhone battery life. The feature limits the time an iPhone spends at a full charge by only charging up to 80% until certain conditions are met. This is a normal function of Optimised Battery Charging and does not indicate any defect in your Einova wireless charger.
