Yes. Einova power banks feature a pass-through charging function, allowing the power bank's battery to receive charge itself whilst passing on power to other connected devices.
Can I use the three USB ports of the Power Bank 10k at the same time?
Yes, all three can be used simultaneously for a maximum 15W power output.
How do I recharge the Power Bank 10k?
The Power Bank 10k recharges via the USB-C port. A standard USB-A power adapter will work as the input power does not exceed 15W.
How does the LCD display work?
The LCD display indicates the remaining battery level in one easy-to-read number 0 to 100.
Is the canvas of the Power Bank 10k waterproof?
The canvas cover of the Power Bank 10k is durable and water-repellent, but not waterproof. Do not submerge your power bank in water.
What's the purpose of the on/off button?
The button allows you to optimise battery life by turning the device off when not in use.
Can I fly with the Power Bank 10k?
Yes. Commercial airlines generally allow portable chargers and power banks of up to 100 Wh in carry-on luggage; the Power Bank 10k contains a 37 Wh lithium ion battery.
Why isn't my Mac charging beyond 80%?
With the release of macOS Big Sur, Apple introduced Optimised Battery Charging, a feature that uses machine learning to help preserve battery life. This feature limits the time a device spends at a full charge by only charging up to 80% until certain conditions are met. This is a normal function of Optimised Battery Charging and does not indicate any defect in your Einova charger.
