Product Description

With the Invisa-Qi hidden wireless charger, you can transform tables, desks and other wooden surfaces into an integrated Qi-certified wireless charger. The charging unit completely embeds into the drilled housing, with no components other than the cable visible under the surface.

Installation is fast and easy with the included installation kit:
1) Measure your chosen surface with the plastic caliper.
2) Adjust the Forstner bit to the measured thickness, then drill the surface to create the housing. Drill until the depth stop reaches the top surface. The housing's modest diameter (55 mm) ensures surface integrity.
3) Insert the Invisa-Qi into the housing. Activate the expansion mounting system with the provided screws and secure Invisa-Qi into place. No further adhesives or tapping screws are required.
4) Position the wireless charging decal on the top surface.
5) Connect the integrated cable to the included power adapter, then plug the power adapter into a power outlet.

Rather not use a surface decal? We suggest the Invisa-Qi Pro - hidden wireless charger with LED pinhole light.

FAQs

What's the difference between the Invisa-Qi and the Invisa-Qi Pro?

The classic Invisa-Qi includes surface decals to mark the wireless charging spot. In contrast, the Invisa-Qi Pro uses a built-in LED light as an indicactor. The LED is designed to shine through a pinhole in your charging surface. A needle drill bit for creating the pinhole is included with the Invisa-Qi Pro installation kit.

Should I purchase the Invisa-Qi with installation kit, or the base model?

We strongly recommend getting the installation kit for all first-time buyers of Invisa-Qi and Invisa-Qi Pro. For subsequent Invisa-Qi installations, feel free to order the base model and reuse your original kit. The Forstner bit can be used up to eight times.

How is the Invisa-Qi installed?

What is the minimum recommended surface thickness?

The recommended minimum surface thickness for completely concealing the Invisa-Qi is 18 mm. The charging unit itself is 15 mm thick and can charge through a top surface depth of up to 3-4 mm.

What are the technical requirements for my power drill?

Output power, corded power drill: 750W recommended / 500W minimum
Output power, cordless power drill: 18V recommended / 16V minimum
Spindle clamping range: 11 mm

Can I install the Invisa-Qi or Invisa-Qi Pro in stone or marble surfaces?

The included Forstner bit is designed exclusively for solid wood, laminates and veneers. It is not designed for other surfaces such as marble, glass or plastic. Metallic surfaces are inhererently incompatible with Qi wireless charging.

Why isn't my iPhone charging beyond 80%?

With the release of iOS 13, Apple introduced Optimised Battery Charging, a feature that uses machine learning to help preserve iPhone battery life. This feature limits the time an iPhone spends at a full charge by only charging up to 80% until certain conditions are met. This is a normal function of Optimised Battery Charging and does not indicate any defect in your Einova wireless charger.
