How do I place an order?

Click the Add to Cart button on the product page. When you are done shopping, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner, then click Checkout and enter your shipping address and payment information.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, we will send you tracking information for your package via email after your order is fulfilled.

I have a promo code. How do I apply it?

Click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner, then click on Have a Promo Code?. Enter your promo code in the Enter promo code field, then click Submit.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payment via Paypal, Paypal Checkout, direct credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Unopened and unused products may be returned within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery. Please contact support@einova.com within the time frame above. Regretfully, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is approved, Einova Support will send you a prepaid return label via email.

How will you send me the refund?

Once we receive the returned item in our warehouse, you’ll receive your refund within thirty (30) days via PayPal.

Warranty Questions

I think my Einova product is defective.
Can you replace it?

Please refer to your product’s limited warranty and contact our support team (support@einova.com). It is important to note a proof of purchase is required for your warranty claim to be successfully processed.

I don’t have a receipt, my purchase was a gift.

Please contact the person you received the gift from. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
