How do I align my phone with the Dual Classic Stone?

The wireless charging pads are embedded in the marble surface, one on each side. It's important that your phone is aligned correctly with the spot in order for wireless charging to work as designed — take a look at the video below to double check your positioning.

What is product registration, and how do I register my product?

When you create an Einova.com account, you'll have the possibility of registering your Dual Classic Stone. Registering your product allows you to access an array of benefits, including faster and more personalized support.

To complete the registration you'll need to enter your product's serial number. For most Dual Classic Stone batches, this number is found inside the QR code printed on the magenta sticker affixed to the wireless charging spot.

My Dual Classic Stone doesn't have the magenta sticker.

Some early production batches may be missing the sticker. In these cases, the six-digit batch number printed on the bottom of the product can be entered instead to complete the product registration process. How do I clean surface marks or dirt?

The Dual Charging Stone can be gently cleaned with a cotton pad or microfiber cloth and a small amount of mild, non-acidic soap or detergent. Remember that the product is not waterproof and should never be submerged in water.

Why isn't my iPhone charging beyond 80%?

With the release of iOS 13, Apple introduced Optimized Battery Charging, a feature that uses machine learning to help preserve iPhone battery life. This feature limits the time an iPhone spends at a full charge by only charging up to 80% until certain conditions are met. This is a normal function of Optimized Battery Charging and does not indicate any defect in your Einova wireless charger.
