FAQs
Where is the Valet Tray's wireless charging spot located?
Inside the rectangular relief on the left half of the tray. The charging area is marked by the Einova logo (insert image). An LED light on the right half of the Valet Tray turns on when wireless power is in being delivered.
Will keys or other metal objects interfere with wireless charging?
No, they will not, as long as they are placed on the right side of Valet Tray, designated for your accessories storage. Metal objects should not be placed inside the wireless charging area.
How do I clean surface marks or dirt?
The Valet Tray can be gently cleaned with a cotton pad or microfiber cloth and a small amount of mild, non-acidic soap or detergent. Remember that the charger is not waterproof and should not be submerged in water.
Why isn't my iPhone charging beyond 80%?
With the release of iOS 13, Apple introduced Optimized Battery Charging, a feature that uses machine learning to help preserve iPhone battery life. The feature limits the time an iPhone spends at a full charge by only charging up to 80% until certain conditions are met. This is a normal function of Optimized Battery Charging and does not indicate any defect in your Einova wireless charger.
