Return policy

Consumers may return undamaged, unused products within 14 business days of delivery. Please note that used or damaged items are ineligible for return. To request your return label, fill out the form below.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of notification that the right of withdrawal has been exercised, per the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned products have been received.

Warranty policy

Einova offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, except for the Classic Stone, Polaris 140W, and 30W USB-C PD Power Adapter (CXX30WUS.00), which come with a 2-year limited warranty.

If you believe your Einova product is defective, fill out the form below to open a warranty claim and initiate the replacement or refund process. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase, as well as photos, screenshots, or videos showing the defect and product malfunction. This proof is still required even if the Einova product was a gift.
